What we collect
When you contact us, request a consultation, join our list or book a visit, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the treatment you are interested in, and any message you write. If you complete a form inside an Instagram or Facebook ad, Meta sends us those same details. Our website also collects standard usage data through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: pages visited, device type, approximate location and how you move through the site. We do not collect health records or payment card details on this website; appointments and payments are handled in our booking and payment systems.
How we use it
To answer your request and set up your consultation. To send appointment reminders and confirmations. To send offers and updates by email or text message, only when you have agreed to receive them. To understand how the website is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your information.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Our full SMS terms explain the program.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the practice: our booking and scheduling platform, our messaging and email providers, the marketing agency that manages our website and advertising, and analytics tools. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. Financing partners such as Cherry and CareCredit are separate companies with their own privacy policies; applying with them happens on their sites. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
The website uses cookies and similar tools for analytics and to measure whether our advertising works. You can block cookies in your browser. We do not place Meta or TikTok tracking pixels on this website.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing glow@lumiereaesthetic.com or calling (954) 246-4315. Email offers include an unsubscribe link. Text messages stop when you reply STOP.
Retention and security
We keep contact information for as long as you are a patient or have an open request with us, and as long as the law requires for business records. Information is stored on secured systems with access limited to the people who need it.
Children
Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
